Every elder is provided a complete rehab program based on their specific diagnosis and needs. There is no “one size fits all” model when it comes to effective therapy. Sometimes our elders receive rehab for multiple issues during their stay with us. Our goal is for a speedy recovery, and an excellent clinical outcome.

Our Green House model emphasizes safety. Because each of our cottages only houses 12 elders, the chances of infection transmission are substantially lower than those at traditional short-term care facilities and hospitals.
